(English) My name is Larisa Barbachova, I'm Russian born. My at involves creating unique jewellery where my love for nature comes to life by combining elements of nature like – semi precious stones, fossils, corals, leather,ambers, mamoth teeth and more…I'm particularly express my love for flowers by creating pieces dipicting flowers mafe of leather or silk and other works which are leather pieces shaped as specific flowers combined with stones, possils, amber and more. I specialize in leather shaped as flowers jewelery. I had good teachers from Russia and Japan to refine my techniques in creating those pieces which are introduced for all to see in Nachahl Binyamin Art Fair in Tel-Aviv.

I make my pieces out of polymer clay and decorate them with acrylics. I then top everything with epoxy resin for a beautiful glass-like finish. When visiting my stand, expect to find quirky earrings of all sizes and shapes, pins, clips and tons of other colorful bits and bops, inspired by mod fashion and pop art.

My grandmother used to say: "god is in te smallest details".  When I was young, I didn't understand what she meant, but I've been spending time with her every single moment, fascinated by her ability to bring life in  every piece of fabric.  the small things in life – simple and mundane, makes us smile, fills us with joy and makes our day better. The collection consists of all kinds of bags. I use mainly parachute and canvas cloth, which are unique because of the use of hand printing, hand painting, stitches, and designs. My inspiration comes mainly from the sea, the waves, the water, and the beach. Each piece is unique and no bag is repeated.

I create dolls, signs, and boxes for colors and jewelry made of SOL. The dolls are my invention – they are cute, colorful, and happy.

In the process of working with this material she exposed to a wonderful world of creativity and she has developed a beautiful collection with countless original variations. Bat Sheva also designs her jewelry by combining different materials such as upholstery fabrics, leather, etc. She describes the work on the various items as a fun experience, challenging and with ecological thinking.
