Julia Kofman started to make pottery 10 years ago as a hobby, and after she made Aliah in 2018 she became a full time potter. Her designs are inspired by Tel Aviv streets. Every piece is a small story about love, life, nature and simple life pleasures. Julia uses the simplest materials, likes to play with textures and to combine matt and shiny covering. Julia makes espresso sets, cups for coffee/tea, jewelry boxes and plates, vases for flowers, candlesticks and more different things for kitchen and decoration of the house.

(English) I am a graduate of the Department of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University. I also studied fine arts at the Ramat Hasharon Art Academy and music at Bar-Ilan University. Music and painting are combined in the thinking games I have been creating since 1992. Some of these games are recommended for life prisoners and others for people at home, on an airplane, or with friends. What else can I add? The appearance, quality, and finish speak for themselves.

A ceramic artist who uses traditional Ethiopian techniques.  Original handmade clay pieces, based on the Ethiopian Jewish tradition that has been passed down the years from mother to daughter so the pieces portray scenes from the life of the Ethiopian community as well as Biblical themes.

(English) I was born in Argentina and have lived in Israel since 1980. I have been a professional interior designer since 1976 and since 1985 a graphic designer. I won the 2003 award of the logo competition of the Nachalat Binyamin Fair in Tel Aviv. I design and create miniatures of people and animals, in a variety of shapes and colors with humor. Each of the miniatures is handmade and can suit every collection and serve as a present for  every event like birthday, marriage, bat/bar mitzvah, Valentine’s day, or enlisting or being released from the army. (English) I sit with my sewing machine at my sewing stand and sew my work on the spot. I create interesting textile works showing Tel Aviv scenes by drawing in black thread on canvas: wallets, cases, and cloth bags, decorated with sown embroidery or patterns. I create sculptures made from canvas of ships, planes, a bottle of beer, a bowling set, all made of cloth. Soft works that are designed with humor and delicacy.

Grigori’s hand-crafted items are an exquisite example of an ancient craft of bygone days, which is disappearing from our world.  This is your opportunity to own one of these treasures and be able to pass it down to future generations.  Gregory builds beautiful boxes for jewelry and other valuables and collectibles, no two boxes are alike and cannot be found anywhere else in the world. In addition to the boxes are items of Judaica such as Hamsas, Star of David symbols, Plaques, Plates, Pendants and Charms.

Grigori’s items are painstakingly carved and inlaid in minute detail.  He uses beautiful exotic woods such as Sapele (Mahogany), Maple, Wanga, Oak, American Walnut, Teak, Maple Burl, Rosemarie Burl, Bamboo, Beechwood and more.

The collection consists of all kinds of bags. I use mainly parachute and canvas cloth, which are unique because of the use of hand printing, hand painting, stitches, and designs. My inspiration comes mainly from the sea, the waves, the water, and the beach. Each piece is unique and no bag is repeated.
